A book I can't remember

Sat Dec 12, 2009, 6:01 PM
Recently I was reading my all-time favorite novel "The Killer's Cousin" for my 4th time and I was trying to remember some other good books I read when in school and thought about buying (I read "The Killer's Cousin" when I was in 10th grade) and I remember one book I read way back when I was 9th grade, but I can't for the life of me remember the name or who wrote it. I do remember what it was about though. So I was wondering if there is anyone else who may have gone to the same high-school I did and read it and may remember the name, if anyone else knows what book I'm reffering to please help.

I don't remember the details of the story but I remember that it was about two teens who were trapped in a car in the middle of winter in northern New York in a snow storm and are lost. That's what the basic story was. One detail besides the main story was in the beginning; I remember one of them ran away from home and the other was walking along the road and was hitchhiking and that's how the two got stuck with each other.

I know this isn't alot of detail and not much to go on, but I'm hoping one of you people who watch me will know what book I'm talking about and might give me at least a clue to the name of the book. If I at least get a clue on the name I might remember the name or use that as a lead to go on. Even if you haven't read the book but can give an idea or guess of the name will be great. I tried looking through my High-school records to see if I could find an essay or something I might of done on it but didn't find anything. I might try again with the records later. I know I won't be able to find my work from Freshman year because I always threw out my work to clear out my back-packs.

Oh and since I needed to start a new journal entry for this subject here's the Christmas music list that has played on the NPS forums [link]
